Movement Check-In

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

⚜️ Are you getting enough daily movement and exercise to feel your best? 

⚜️ Do you consistently get up and get some movement, ideally every 30 to 60 minutes?

⚜️ Do you do some work to build and maintain strength, mobility, flexibility, stability and cardiovascular fitness every week?

⚜️ Do you get enough rest?
