2026 Movement Invitation2026 Movement Invitation: Start every day with 5 minutes of movement.

Do what feels right to start each day. Here are some suggestions:

✨ Yoga.

✨ Mobility work.

✨ Cardio – jumping jacks, jump squats, etc.

✨ Strength – pushups, squares, lunges, etc.

✨ Gentle stretches.

Choose whatever you need that day and see what happens. 

I ended 2025 with at least 5 minutes of yoga first thing every morning, and it made a huge difference. 

Who is ready to join me? I will do periodic check-ins and share ideas.
