I enjoyed reading the recent The Guardian article “You should act your age – at least when it comes to exercise. Here’s why.” It makes good points about how aging affects our bodies, our chances of injuries, increased recovery times and more.

The article encourages us to exercise, lift weights (and how the importance of this increases with age), and listen to our bodies – all non-gimmicky, simple (but not easy!) ways to age well and feel our best at exactly the age we are.
