Weekly Workouts & Movement

Just a few minutes spent planning weekly workouts can make all the difference.
I try to include the following movements every week:
- Daily walks
- 2 – 3 weight lifting sessions
- 1 – 2 Pilates sessions
- 1 – 2 short runs
- 1 longer walk or a hike
I schedule my workouts depending on what I have going on each week. Once a workout is scheduled, it becomes nonnegotiable (unless I am sick or injured of course).
