Listen To Your Body When It Whispers

I recently have been experiencing some shoulder pain. It reminds me to always be grateful for my health, which I am, but it’s different when you aren’t in pain.
It also reminds me to be patient. Many injuries start with quiet whispers that we push aside. If the whispers are ignored for too long, they have no choice but to scream.
I will work with my body to allow it to heal. I am very grateful for slow walks when they are possible but will also accept when I they aren’t.
