End Your Day With Some Gentle Movement

On days I don’t get enough movement and/or exercise, I spend at least 10 minutes moving my body at the end of the day.

I usually start with some quick mobility and balance work and then do some bodyweight exercises like squats, pushups, lunges, etc.

If I feel stiff or anxious, I often add a short yoga practice. 

Many times the original planned 10 minutes turn into 30 minutes or more. I never regret it.
