Did You Plan Your Workouts?

Taking just a few minutes to plan your workouts for the week can make a real difference.
Look at your schedule to see if you have to make any adjustments to your regular schedule.
Book any group classes you intend to take.
If things come up, be flexible and move workouts around. The goal is to complete all of the planned workouts by the end of the week (unless you are sick or injured).
