Workout Plan for the Week

How are you going to work out in the coming week? 

Today is a good day to plan your workouts based on what’s happening in the coming week.

It’s another busy week, and I will do most of my workouts at home. But I am taking one reformer Pilates class at a studio, and I will lift weights at the gym at least once.
