5 Easy Stretches You Can Do Anytime, Anywhere

If your body feels tight or tired today, here are 5 simple stretches you can do anywhere, anytime. 

1. Neck Release

    ✨Sit or stand tall.

    ✨Gently drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.

    ✨Hold. Breathe.

    ✨Switch sides.

    2. Shoulder Rolls

      ✨Lift your shoulders up toward your ears, roll them back, then down.

      ✨Slow, steady circles.

      ✨Do 5–10 each direction.

      3. Chest Opener

        ✨Interlace your fingers behind you. 

        ✨Lift your chest gently and open your heart forward.

        ✨Breathe into the front of your body.

        4. Seated Forward Fold

          ✨Sit on the floor, legs out in front.
