Start the day with some gentle movement

Start your day with some gentle movement and set the tone for the entire day.

  1. Stand up. Take one slow breath.
  2. Roll your shoulders backwards and forwards a few times.
  3. Gently turn your head side to side.
  4. Reach your arms up overhead.
  5. Take 3 slow steps forward and backward. Feel your feet on the ground.
