5 Simple Movements to Add to Your Day

Here are 5 simple movements to do throughout the day today. Try to add some movement every 30 to 60 minutes.
1. Neck mobility.
Slowly look side to side, then gently tilt your ear toward your shoulder.
2. Stair steps or step‑ups.
Use stairs if you have them, or step up and down on a low surface.
3. Arm punches.
Punch forward at chest height. Speed them up to raise your heart rate or do them slowly.
4. Glute squeezes.
Standing or seated, squeeze your glutes, hold briefly, and release.
5. Deep breathing with movement.
Inhale while lifting your arms, exhale while lowering them. Repeat several times.
