My Weekend Exercise and Movement Philosophy

I adjust my weekend workouts depending on how much I worked out during the week and how busy life was. 

If I am exhausted, rest comes first. And then I add the necessary movement. 

If I didn’t work each muscle group twice, I lift weights. 

If I didn’t do much cardio or my HIIT workout, I add that. 

No matter what, I always try to spend as much time in nature as possible.
